Why should I buy the book if you're just giving it away online?

Good Question!  I'm not sure I have the BEST answer, but I'll try:

1.  It would help me pay the bills I accrued while writing it.

2.  It's only $5 plus shipping.

3.  Some people (like myself) don't like reading books online, especially one that's 498 pages.

 

4.  Makes a great gift!
